Who Prepares the Articles

Articles are prepared and published by the Capital Realty editorial team under the team's name: we do not attribute texts to invented authors or list credentials that cannot be verified.

Where the Data Comes From

  • Official statistics — the Bureau of National Statistics (housing prices and rents, housing completions, population, wages) and the National Bank of Kazakhstan (base rate, inflation).
  • Laws and official explanations — the Tax Code, the laws on shared participation in housing construction and on the legal status of foreigners, and explanations from the State Revenue Committee.
  • Open market data — analytics from Krisha.kz and Homsters, business media and developers' official websites. We always label listing prices as asking prices, not transaction prices.

Every analytical article ends with a list of sources with links.

How We Handle Accuracy

  • Checking primary sources: figures and rules are checked against documents and official publications; our own calculations and estimates are labeled as such.
  • Dates and corrections: articles show publication and update dates. When data becomes outdated or an error is found, we correct the article and add a note about the change.
  • No promised returns: we do not guarantee returns or give individual investment advice — readers make their own decisions about transactions.
