Editorial Policy

Capital-Realty.kz is an independent information and analytics platform covering the Astana real estate market. This page describes how we prepare our content, where our data comes from and how the project is funded.

1. Who Prepares the Content

The site's content is prepared and published by the Capital Realty editorial team. All publications are issued under the editorial team's name and follow a single methodology (section 2); we do not attribute texts to invented authors or list credentials that cannot be verified. The team uses automated data-processing tools, including AI assistants; figures, calculations and conclusions are checked against primary sources before publication. 2. Data Sources and Methodology

We rely on open, verifiable sources:

  • data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan and the National Bank of Kazakhstan;
  • laws, the Tax Code and explanations from government agencies (including the State Revenue Committee);
  • official registers, websites and public reporting of developers;
  • analytics from Krisha.kz and Homsters and monitoring of public listings — as asking prices, not transaction prices;
  • our own calculations using a single methodology (returns, payback period, cash flow) — labeled as our calculations, with formulas shown in the calculator and article examples.

Prices and rates in articles reflect market conditions as of the publication date shown at the top of each article. The market is dynamic — always verify current figures before a deal.

3. Corrections and Updates

If you have found an inaccuracy or outdated data, write to us at info@capital-realty.kz. We review such reports and correct confirmed errors. Every article shows its publication and update dates, and significant corrections are marked in the text with a dated note describing the change. Analytical articles end with a list of sources.

4. Advertising and Independence

The site is free for readers and is funded by Google AdSense advertising. Ad units are selected and labeled automatically by Google; advertisers have no influence on the content, assessments or conclusions of the editorial team.

We do not publish paid mentions of developers or properties without explicit labeling. If such a format appears, the material will be marked as sponsored.
