All publications are issued under the editorial team's name and follow a single methodology (section 2). The team uses automated data-processing tools, including AI assistants, when preparing materials; all calculations and conclusions are reviewed by the editors before publication. 2. Data Sources and Methodology

We rely on open, verifiable sources:

  • data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan;
  • official registers and public reporting of developers;
  • monitoring of public listings and market price dynamics;
  • our own calculations using a single methodology (ROI, payback period, cash flow) — the formulas are openly shown in the calculator and article examples.

Prices and rates in articles reflect market conditions as of the publication date shown at the top of each article. The market is dynamic — always verify current figures before a deal.

3. Corrections and Updates

If you have found an inaccuracy or outdated data, write to us at info@capital-realty.kz. We review such reports and correct confirmed errors in the article text.

4. Advertising and Independence

The site is free for readers and is funded by Google AdSense advertising. Ad units are selected and labeled automatically by Google; advertisers have no influence on the content, assessments or conclusions of the editorial team.
